4. Product Overview
The Heiden Dual Automatic Watch Winder is designed to hold and wind two automatic watches simultaneously. Each winder operates independently, allowing for customized settings.

The watch pillows are designed for ultra-adjustability to accommodate various watch sizes and provide maximum protection. They consist of a velvet loop covering, upper and lower plastic pistons, foam, velvet side coverings, and a spring mechanism.

The winder utilizes a Japanese Mabuchi Motor and Gear Box, known for quiet operation and zero magnetization, ensuring no harm to your watches.
5. Setup Instructions
5.1 Powering the Unit
The watch winder offers dual power options:
- AC Adapter: Connect the included AC adapter to the power input port on the back of the unit and plug it into a standard electrical outlet (110-240V).
- Batteries: For portable use, the winder can be powered by 2 x D size batteries. Open the battery compartment on the underside of the unit and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity. When powered by batteries, the unit can operate for 1-3 months depending on the selected settings.

5.2 Inserting Watches
- Gently compress the adjustable watch pillow and fit your automatic watch onto it. Ensure the watch is securely seated.
- Place the watch and pillow assembly into one of the winder cradles. Ensure it fits snugly without forcing.
- Repeat for the second watch if desired.

6. Operating Instructions
The Heiden Dual Automatic Watch Winder features independent controls for each winder, allowing you to customize settings for different watches.
6.1 Setting Turns Per Day (TPD)
The winder offers four Turns Per Day (TPD) settings:
- 650 TPD
- 950 TPD
- 1250 TPD
- 1850 TPD
Consult your watch manufacturer's recommendations for the optimal TPD setting. Adjust the TPD setting using the dedicated control for each winder.
6.2 Setting Rotation Direction
The winder offers three rotation direction settings:
- Clockwise (CW)
- Counter-Clockwise (CCW)
- Bi-directional (Both)

Note: The watch winder is designed not to turn continuously to prevent overwinding your watch. It operates in cycles based on the selected TPD setting.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the winder with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Dust Protection: Keep the lid closed when not accessing the watches to protect them from dust.
- Battery Replacement: If using batteries, replace them when the winder's performance diminishes or stops.
8. Troubleshooting
