1. Overview
The Omega J8006 Nutrition Center Juicer is a versatile, 200-watt masticating juicer designed for efficient juice extraction. Operating at a slow speed of 80 RPM, its single auger system minimizes heat buildup and oxidation, preserving essential vitamins, enzymes, and nutrients. This model is engineered to extract maximum juice from a variety of produce, including fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, and wheatgrass.

3. Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your juicer before use:
- Place the motor base on a stable, flat surface.
- Insert the drum assembly onto the motor base, ensuring it locks securely into place.
- Insert the auger into the drum assembly.
- Place the juicing screen over the auger.
- Attach the adjustable end cap to the front of the drum assembly by twisting it clockwise until it is firmly in place.
- Position the pulp container and juice collecting cup under their respective outlets.
- Place the hopper/feed chute on top of the drum assembly.
4. Operating Instructions
To operate your Omega J8006 Juicer:
- Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged into a 110V power outlet.
- Prepare your produce by washing it thoroughly. For optimal results, cut larger items into pieces that fit easily into the feed chute.
- Turn the juicer ON using the power switch located on the motor base.
- Slowly feed the prepared produce into the feed chute. Use the pusher to gently guide the produce down. Avoid forcing the produce, as the masticating action is designed to work slowly and efficiently.
- Observe the juice flowing into the collecting cup and the pulp being expelled into the pulp container.
- Once juicing is complete, turn the power switch OFF.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer:
- Unplug the juicer from the power outlet before disassembling.
- Disassemble the juicer by reversing the assembly steps.
- Rinse all removable parts (drum assembly, auger, juicing screen, end cap, pulp container, juice cup, pusher) under warm running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp from the juicing screen and other components.
- Wash all removable parts with mild dish soap and warm water. All removable parts are generally dishwasher-safe on the top rack, but hand washing is recommended for extended durability.
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
