5. Installation (Setup)

Follow these steps for proper installation:

  1. Prepare the Pump: Ensure your pump is suitable for operation with a pressure switch (pressure range 1.5-10 bar).
  2. Connect the Pressure Switch: Screw the 1-inch external thread of the pressure switch directly onto the pump's outlet or use the included comfort adapter for easier connection. Ensure a watertight seal.

  3. Electrical Connection: Plug the pump's power cable into the socket on the pressure switch. Then, plug the pressure switch's integrated power plug into a suitable 230 V mains socket.

  4. Initial Priming: Before first use, ensure the pump is properly primed according to its own manual. The pressure switch requires water flow to operate correctly.
