1. Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or mixer body in water or other liquid.

2. Product Overview

Components:

3. Setup
Attaching Beaters/Whisk:
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
- Insert the desired attachments (beaters or whisk) into the openings on the underside of the mixer. Push firmly until they click into place. The traditional beaters are interchangeable.

Power Connection:
Plug the mixer's power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The mixer is now ready for operation.
4. Operating Instructions
Speed Control:
The mixer features 6 speed settings, controlled by a sliding switch on the top of the unit. Start at a lower speed (1 or 2) for folding ingredients or creaming butter, and gradually increase for mixing, whipping, or kneading.

QuickBurst Function:
For an extra burst of power at any speed, press and hold the QuickBurst button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
Bowl Rest Feature:
The mixer is designed with a Bowl Rest feature, allowing you to temporarily rest the mixer on the edge of your mixing bowl. This helps prevent drips on your countertop and keeps the mixer stable.

Ejecting Attachments:
After mixing, ensure the speed dial is set to '0' (off) and the mixer is unplugged. Press the eject button located near the speed dial to release the attachments. This allows for easy removal without directly touching the soiled beaters or whisk.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Cleaning Attachments:
The traditional beaters and whisk are dishwasher safe. For best results, place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
Cleaning Mixer Unit:
Wipe the mixer body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the mixer body, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
6. Storage
The hand mixer comes with a convenient snap-on storage case. This case is designed to hold both traditional beaters, the whisk, and the power cord, keeping all accessories organized and easily accessible. The case snaps securely onto the bottom of the mixer unit.

7. Troubleshooting
Mixer Does Not Turn On:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check that the speed dial is set to a speed other than '0'.
Attachments Do Not Stay In:
- Ensure attachments are fully inserted and clicked into place.
- Verify that the correct attachments are being used for the corresponding ports.
Motor Overheats:
- If the motor feels hot or emits a burning smell, immediately turn off and unplug the mixer.
- Allow the mixer to cool down completely before resuming use. Avoid overworking the motor with excessively thick mixtures.
