2. Safety Information
Please observe the following safety precautions to prevent electric shock, fire, or damage to the unit.
- Power Source: Connect the unit only to an AC outlet of the voltage indicated on the rear panel.

3. Setup
3.1 Connecting to a Television
For the best picture quality, connect the DVD player to your television using an HDMI cable.
- Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port on the rear of the DVD player.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to an HDMI input port on your television.
- Turn on your television and select the corresponding HDMI input.
Alternatively, you can use composite video or component video cables if your TV does not have an HDMI input. Refer to your TV's manual for connection details.
3.2 Audio Connections
The DV-410VK offers various audio output options for connecting to an amplifier or home theater system.
- HDMI Audio: If using HDMI for video, audio will also be transmitted via the HDMI cable to your TV or HDMI-compatible receiver.
- Digital Audio (Optical/Coaxial): For multi-channel audio to a compatible receiver, use the optical or coaxial digital audio output. Connect a digital audio cable from the player's DIGITAL OUT (OPTICAL or COAXIAL) to the corresponding input on your receiver.
- Analog Audio (5.1 Channel): For direct connection to a 5.1 channel amplifier, use the dedicated 5.1 channel analog audio outputs. Connect RCA cables from each output (Front L/R, Center, Surround L/R, Subwoofer) to the corresponding inputs on your amplifier.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Disc Playback
- Press the POWER button to turn on the DVD player.
- Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the disc tray.
- Place a disc (DVD, CD, SACD, DVD-Audio) gently onto the disc tray with the label side facing up.
- Press the OPEN/CLOSE button again to close the disc tray.
- Playback will usually start automatically. If not, press the PLAY button.
- Use the STOP, PAUSE, FAST FORWARD, and REWIND buttons on the remote control for playback control.
4.2 USB Media Playback
The DV-410VK supports playback of various media files from a USB storage device.
- Insert a USB storage device into the USB port on the front panel of the player.
- The player should automatically detect the USB device and display a menu. If not, select the USB input using the INPUT or FUNCTION button on the remote.
- Navigate through the folders and files using the arrow keys and ENTER button on the remote control.
- Select the desired file (WMV, DivX, JPEG, MP3, WMA) and press PLAY to start playback.
Note: Not all USB devices or file formats may be compatible. Ensure your USB device is formatted to FAT16 or FAT32.
4.3 System Settings
Access the system settings menu to configure various player options, including video output, audio settings, and language preferences.
- Press the SETUP button on the remote control.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate through the menu options.
- Press ENTER to select an option or confirm a setting.
- Press SETUP again to exit the menu.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Unit
To maintain the appearance and performance of your DVD player:
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.
