3. Setup
3.1 Connecting to Air Supply
- Ensure your air compressor is off and depressurized.
- Apply thread sealant tape to the male threads of the air inlet fitting.
- Thread the air inlet fitting into the tool's air inlet port.
- Connect an air hose with a quick-connect coupler to the air inlet fitting.
- Set your air compressor regulator to the recommended operating pressure (typically 90 PSI / 6.2 bar).
- Turn on the air compressor and check for leaks.
3.2 Attaching Sockets
The 2115QTiMAX features a friction ring anvil for quick and secure socket changes.
- Ensure the tool is disconnected from the air supply.
- Align the square drive of the socket with the anvil on the tool.
- Push the socket firmly onto the anvil until it clicks into place. The friction ring will hold the socket securely.
- To remove, pull the socket firmly off the anvil.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Forward/Reverse Mechanism
The tool features a one-handed forward/reverse mechanism located at the rear of the tool for easy direction changes.
- To select Forward (tightening), push the lever to one side.
- To select Reverse (loosening), push the lever to the opposite side.
4.2 Power Regulator Dial
The 4-position power regulator dial allows you to adjust the torque output of the tool.
- Rotate the dial to select the desired power setting.
- Lower settings are suitable for delicate tasks or when less torque is required.
- Higher settings provide maximum torque for stubborn fasteners.
4.3 Trigger Operation
