Setup

1. Unpacking and Placement

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the subwoofer on a stable surface, preferably on the floor, to maximize bass response. Position the satellite speakers on either side of your listening area, ensuring they are equidistant from the listener for optimal stereo imaging. Place the external amplifier unit within easy reach, as it houses the controls and connections.

2. Connecting the Components

1. Connect Satellite Speakers to Amplifier: Connect the cables from the satellite speakers to the corresponding "Speaker Out" ports on the rear of the external amplifier unit. Ensure correct polarity (red to red, black to black).
2. Connect Subwoofer to Amplifier: Connect the subwoofer cable to the "Subwoofer Out" port on the rear of the external amplifier unit.
3. Connect Audio Source to Amplifier:
   • Using RCA Cables: Connect your audio source (e.g., TV, DVD player) to the "Line In 1" or "Line In 2" RCA ports on the amplifier using the provided RCA to RCA cable.
   • Using 3.5mm Jack: For devices with a 3.5mm headphone jack (e.g., computer, smartphone), use the provided 3.5mm to RCA cable to connect to either "Line In 1" or "Line In 2" RCA ports.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord from the external amplifier unit into a standard wall outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Press the power button on the front panel of the external amplifier unit or on the remote control to turn the system on or off. The digital display will illuminate when the system is powered on.

2. Input Selection

Press the "Input" button on the front panel or the remote control to cycle between "Line In 1" and "Line In 2" audio sources. Select the input corresponding to your connected device.

3. Volume Control

Rotate the large knob on the front panel of the amplifier or use the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons on the remote control to adjust the overall volume level. The current volume level will be shown on the digital display.

4. Bass and Treble Adjustment

Press the "Bass" or "Treble" buttons on the remote control, then use the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons to adjust the respective levels. The adjusted level will be displayed temporarily.

5. Mute Function

Press the "Mute" button on the remote control to temporarily silence the audio output. Press it again to resume playback.

6. Headphone Jack Usage

A 3.5mm headphone jack is located on the front panel of the amplifier. Plugging in headphones will automatically mute the speaker output, allowing for private listening.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

To clean the speaker system, gently wipe surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or abrasive materials, as these may damage the finish or internal components. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.

2. Storage

If storing the system for an extended period, disconnect all cables and store the components in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to use the original packaging for protection during storage or transport.
