- Power On: Press the 'Power' button on the unit or remote control to turn on the massager.

- Adjust Vibration Intensity: In Manual mode, use the 'Speed' buttons (up/down arrows) to select from 12 vibrating intensities.

- Set Timer: Use the 'Timer' button to set the desired operating duration, up to 15 minutes. The unit will automatically shut off once the timer expires.
- Usage: Place your feet on the designated areas of the massager. The device can also be used for other body parts such as calves or thighs by positioning them appropriately.
- Power Off: Press the 'Power' button again to turn off the massager when finished.
