Setup: Refilling the Gas
The torch is shipped without gas. You will need to purchase a can of butane gas (not included) with a universal filling tip.
- Ensure the torch is turned off and cooled down.
- Hold the torch upside down.
- Insert the nozzle of the butane gas can vertically into the gas inlet valve at the base of the torch.
- Press down firmly for 5-10 seconds. Repeat if necessary until the torch is full. Do not overfill.
- Wait a few minutes after refilling before lighting the torch to allow the gas to stabilize.
Note: One full refill (36 ml capacity) provides approximately 45 minutes of continuous open flame use.
Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe operation of your kitchen torch.

- Ensure the flame adjustment knob is set to the minimum setting before lighting.
- Point the torch away from yourself and others.
- Press the black ignition button to ignite the flame.
- To maintain a continuous flame, engage the continuous flame lock button (if available on your model).
- Adjust the flame intensity using the flame adjustment knob to achieve the desired heat.
- When finished, release the ignition button (or disengage the continuous flame lock) to extinguish the flame. Ensure the flame is completely out.

Maintenance
