Resetting Your Calculator

If your calculator becomes unresponsive or you need to clear all data and settings, you have several reset options:

• Exit Key: Press the 'EXIT' button to return to the previous screen or exit a calculation.
• Quit Function: If 'EXIT' doesn't work, press 'SHIFT' followed by 'EXIT' (which activates the 'QUIT' function) to force an exit from the current operation.
• Factory Reset Button: For a full system reset, locate the small 'RESTART' button on the back of the calculator. Use a thin, pointed object (like a straightened paperclip or SIM card ejector tool) to press and hold this button for approximately 5 seconds. This will power cycle the calculator and restore factory settings.
