Setup

Operating Instructions

The Microplane Zester is engineered for precision and ease of use. Hold the zester firmly by its ergonomic handle. Position the ingredient against the blade and move it in one direction, applying gentle pressure. The ultra-sharp teeth will grate or zest the ingredient finely.

Applications:
