Model: P1000 | Brand: Airfree

1. Introduction and Overview

The Airfree P1000 is a filterless and silent air purifier designed for home and office environments. It utilizes patented Thermodynamic TSS Technology to sterilize air by heating it to 400°F, effectively destroying airborne allergens, mold spores, dust mites, viruses, bacteria, and pet dander. This process ensures no harmful emissions like UV light or ozone are released. The unit operates without filters or moving parts, requiring minimal maintenance and offering completely silent operation.

2. Setup

The Airfree P1000 requires no complex setup. Simply remove the unit from its packaging and plug it directly into a standard electrical outlet. For optimal performance, place the unit in an open area where air can circulate freely, such as on tabletops, floors, counters, or desktops. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or directly against walls that might obstruct airflow.

The Airfree P1000 effectively purifies air in spaces up to 450 square feet, circulating clean air throughout the room.

Night Light Control

The Airfree P1000 features a blue night light at the top. To turn this light off, gently hold the sensor located on the unit for a few seconds until the light deactivates. Repeat the process to turn it back on.

3. Operating Instructions

Once plugged in, the Airfree P1000 begins its purification cycle automatically. For continuous air purification, it is recommended to keep the unit powered on at all times. The device operates on the principle of natural air convection, meaning it does not use a fan, contributing to its completely silent operation.

How the Thermodynamic TSS Technology Works:

  1. Contaminated air is drawn into the base of the appliance by negative pressure created by the rising heated air.
  2. The air passes through a ceramic core with 32 mini-ducts, where it is heated to approximately 400°F (200°C). This intense heat sterilizes the air by destroying 99.99% of microorganisms, including viruses, bacteria, fungi, and pollen.
  3. Sterilized air then passes over a ceramic cooling plate.
  4. The purified and cooled air is released back into the environment.

4. Maintenance

One of the primary advantages of the Airfree P1000 is its filterless design, which eliminates the need for filter replacements. The unit also contains no moving parts, significantly reducing maintenance requirements. Periodically, you may wipe the exterior of the unit with a dry cloth to remove any dust accumulation.

5. Troubleshooting

The Airfree P1000 is designed for reliable, long-term operation with minimal issues. Due to its simple, filterless mechanism, common air purifier problems like clogged filters or fan noise are not applicable.
