Setup

1. Battery Installation: Locate the battery compartment on the back of the unit. Insert the required batteries (not included) according to the polarity indicators (+/-). Close the compartment securely.

Temperature Measurement

1. Power On: The device typically powers on automatically once batteries are installed and the probe is connected. Note that this model may not feature a dedicated power switch; to turn off, the battery may need to be removed.
2. Unit Selection: Use the “°C/°F” button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature readings.
3. Probe Insertion: Carefully insert the stainless steel probe into the center of the food item you wish to measure, avoiding bones or fat. For liquids, ensure the probe tip is fully submerged.
4. Reading Temperature: The current temperature will be displayed on the LCD screen. The device can measure temperatures up to 250 °C (482 °F).

Timer Function
