3. Setup

4. Operation

4.1 Powering On/Off
The Makita 9557PBX1 features an extra-large paddle switch for activation. To start the grinder, first depress the small lock-off switch (safety toggle) and then squeeze the main paddle switch. Releasing the paddle switch will turn the tool off.
