Operating Instructions

The Truma LevelCheck provides a simple and quick way to determine the gas level in your cylinder.

Measurement Procedure

  1. Ensure the gas cylinder is upright and stable.
  2. Hold the Truma LevelCheck horizontally against the side of the gas cylinder. It is crucial to hold the device at a 90-degree angle to the cylinder surface for accurate readings.
  3. Press the measurement head firmly against the cylinder wall. The device will automatically activate and perform a measurement.
  4. Observe the LED indicator:
    • Green Light: Indicates that there is gas present at the point of measurement.
    • Red Light: Indicates that there is no gas present at the point of measurement.
  5. Move the device up or down the cylinder to find the transition point where the light changes from green to red. This point indicates the current gas level.
  6. The device automatically switches off after a few seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.
