Cleaning

To clean the remote, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the remote's surface or internal components.

Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution

  • Ensure the remote is pointed directly at the device and there are no obstructions.
  • Verify that the correct device button (TV, DVD, CBL, etc.) is selected.
  • Check if the batteries are installed correctly and are not depleted. Replace if necessary.
  • Try programming the remote again using a different code from the code library for your device.
