Setup
- Unpack the Steamer: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Position the Steamer: Place the steamer unit on a flat, stable surface, preferably on the floor, to allow for proper hose drainage.
- Fill the Water Reservoir: Remove the water tank and fill it with clean, distilled water up to the 'MAX' line. The reservoir has a capacity of 32-33 ounces. Using distilled water helps prevent mineral buildup.
- Connect the Hose: Ensure the steam hose is securely connected to the main unit.
- Plug In: Insert the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
- Prepare Garment: Hang the garment you wish to steam on a hanger. The included door hook can be used to hang clothes on any door for vertical steaming.
- Attach Accessories (Optional): Select the appropriate accessory for your fabric type or task and attach it to the steam head.
- Upholstery Brush: Aids steam penetration into difficult, heavy fabrics.
- Lint Pad: Removes hair, lint, and animal fur.
- Fabric Brush: Opens weaves of fabrics for better steam penetration.
- Crease Attachment: Helps create sharp creases and remove stubborn wrinkles.
- Begin Steaming: Once the steamer is ready (indicated by steam output), hold the steam head a few inches from the fabric. Gently glide the steam head over the garment from top to bottom. For best results, pull the fabric taut with your free hand.
- Continuous Steam: The large water reservoir allows for continuous steaming. If the water level gets low, you can refill it during use without waiting for the unit to cool down.
- Hose Management: Periodically straighten the hose vertically to allow any condensed water to drain back into the main unit, preventing sputtering.
- Safety: Keep hands and face away from the steam head during operation. The steam is hot and can cause burns.

Maintenance
- Empty Water Tank: After each use, or at least regularly, ensure the water tank is emptied. This prevents mineral buildup and rust, especially if using tap water. The unit has a convenient drain hole for this purpose.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the steamer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Allow the steamer to cool completely before storing. Wrap the fabric hose around the base for compact storage. Store in a dry place.
Troubleshooting
- No Steam or Low Steam:
- Check if the water tank is filled.
- Ensure the unit is properly plugged in and powered on.
- Allow sufficient time for the steamer to heat up (approx. 2-2.5 minutes).
- Sputtering or Water Droplets:
- This can occur if water condenses in the hose. Lift the hose straight up periodically during use to allow accumulated water to drain back into the main unit.
- Ensure the main unit is placed on the floor, below the garment being steamed, to facilitate gravity drainage.
- Plastic Odor:
- A strong plastic odor may be present during initial uses due to manufacturing residues. This typically dissipates over time with continued use.
