Operating Instructions
Once installation is complete and verified, restore power at the circuit breaker. The fixture can be operated using a standard wall switch. The adjustable feature allows for customization of the light drops' length to suit your space.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: To clean the fixture, ensure power is off. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish or glass.
- Bulb Replacement: Turn off power before replacing lamps. Allow lamps to cool completely. Carefully remove the old Xenon lamp and insert a new one of the same type and wattage (10W Xenon, G9 base).
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Fixture does not light | No power to fixture; loose wiring; faulty bulb. | Check circuit breaker; verify wire connections; replace bulb. |
| Flickering lights | Loose bulb; incorrect bulb type; unstable power supply. | Ensure bulbs are tight; use specified Xenon bulbs; consult electrician. |
| Glass shades are loose | Improper attachment. | Gently re-secure shades to light drops. |
If issues persist after attempting these solutions, contact a qualified electrician or customer support.
