Installation Steps:

2. Prepare Fixture: Remove the frosted diffuser by gently sliding or unlatching it. This will expose the wiring compartment and mounting holes.
3. Positioning: Determine the desired location for the undercabinet fixture. Mark the mounting screw locations on the underside of the cabinet or wall. Ensure the fixture is positioned to provide optimal light distribution.

4. Mounting: Secure the fixture to the marked locations using appropriate mounting screws. The fixture can be surface-mounted or wall-mounted.

5. Wiring: Route the electrical supply wires into the fixture's wiring compartment through one of the knockouts. Connect the fixture's black wire to the supply's black (hot) wire, the fixture's white wire to the supply's white (neutral) wire, and the fixture's ground wire to the supply's ground wire using wire nuts. Ensure all connections are secure.
6. Install Bulb: Carefully insert the provided 20W 120V Xenon bulb into the socket. Avoid direct contact with the bulb glass.
7. Replace Diffuser: Reattach the frosted diffuser securely.
8. Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker or fuse box. Test the fixture.

Operating Instructions

The Kichler 12011BZ fixture is equipped with an On/Off Hi/Low rocker switch located directly on the fixture for convenient operation.

• On/Off: Toggle the rocker switch to the 'On' or 'Off' position to control the light.
• Hi/Low Brightness: The rocker switch also allows you to select between high and low brightness settings. Move the switch to the 'Hi' position for full brightness or 'Low' for reduced illumination.
• Wall Switch Compatibility: If the fixture is wired to a wall switch with multiple fixtures, the integrated rocker switch can still be used for individual operation of this specific fixture, even when the main wall switch is on.

• Cleaning: To clean the fixture, ensure power is off. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish or diffuser.
• Bulb Replacement:

  2. Allow the bulb to cool completely if it has been in use.
  3. Gently remove the frosted diffuser.
  4. Carefully remove the old 20W 120V Xenon bulb.
  5. Install a new Kichler 12090CLR replacement bulb (sold separately). Avoid touching the new bulb with bare hands.
  6. Reattach the diffuser and restore power.
