Initial Board Preparation:

1. Unfold the game board and place it on a flat surface.
2. Separate the Chance cards and Community Chest cards, shuffle each deck, and place them face-down on their designated spaces on the board.
3. Separate the Title Deed cards by property group and place them next to the board.
4. Choose one player to be the Banker. The Banker is responsible for all money not yet in play, as well as houses and hotels. The Banker may also play as a regular player, but must keep their personal money separate from the bank's funds.
5. Each player chooses one of the 6 collectible Disney Pixar-themed tokens.
6. The Banker gives each player $1500 in the following denominations: two $500s, two $100s, two $50s, six $20s, five $10s, five $5s, and five $1s.
7. All players place their chosen token on the 'GO' space.

3. Gameplay Instructions

Objective:

The goal of Monopoly Disney Pixar Edition is to be the last player remaining in the game. This is achieved by bankrupting all other players through rent collection and strategic property development.

Playing a Turn:

1. Players roll both dice. The player with the highest roll goes first. Play proceeds to the left.
2. On your turn, roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated by the dice.
3. The action you take depends on the space your token lands on:
   • Unowned Property: You may buy the property from the Bank for the price printed on the board. If you choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately auctions it to the highest bidder.
   • Owned Property: If another player owns the property, you must pay them rent according to the Title Deed card. Rent increases if the property is part of a color set or has houses/hotels.
   • Chance or Community Chest: Draw the top card from the respective deck and follow its instructions.
   • Tax Spaces: Pay the specified tax to the Bank.
   • Go to Jail: Move your token directly to the 'In Jail' space. Your turn ends.
   • Free Parking: No action is taken, and no money is collected or paid.
   • GO: If you pass or land on 'GO', collect $200 from the Bank.
4. If you roll doubles, you take your turn as usual, then roll the dice again for another turn. If you roll doubles three times in a row, you immediately go to Jail.
5. Your turn ends after you have completed your action.

Property Ownership and Development:

• Color Sets: When you own all properties of a color group, you have a 'monopoly'. You can then build houses and hotels on these properties.
• Building: You can buy houses and hotels from the Bank and place them on your properties. You must build evenly across a color set.
• Mortgaging: If you need money, you can mortgage properties to the Bank. Mortgaged properties do not collect rent.

Winning the Game:

The game ends when only one player remains solvent. All other players have gone bankrupt by being unable to pay their debts.
