4. Setup and Assembly

4.1 Height Adjustment
The footrest's height can be adjusted in 5 levels. The front height ranges from a minimum of 4.8 cm to a maximum of 11.9 cm, and the rear height from a minimum of 6.6 cm to a maximum of 22 cm.

- Carefully lift the footrest platform.
- Adjust the support legs to the desired height by engaging them with the corresponding notches. Ensure both legs are set to the same height level for stability.
- Gently place the footrest back down, ensuring it is stable before use.

4.2 Tilt Adjustment
The footrest offers continuous tilt adjustment from 30 degrees to 45 degrees. This adjustment is typically achieved by applying pressure with your feet while the footrest is in use, allowing it to pivot freely to your preferred angle. The design prevents accidental tilting.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a standard 220 V electrical outlet.
5.2 Heating Function
The footrest features a continuously adjustable heating function (35 W) for comfort.
- Locate the control knob at the front of the footrest.
- Turn the knob clockwise to activate the heating function and increase the heat intensity.
- Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease heat intensity or turn off the heating function.
- An indicator light next to the knob will illuminate when the heating function is active.

The heating function provides silent, fast warmth to your feet. It is designed to temper the feet, not to heat the entire room.
