Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the device.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert two LR1130 button cells, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Note: The device requires two LR1130 button cells for operation. Ensure batteries are inserted correctly to avoid damage.
Operating Instructions
Control Buttons
The device features five control buttons located below the LCD display:
- MODE: Switches between display modes (Time, Alarm, Date, Timer).
- ALARM: Activates/deactivates the alarm.
- SET: Enters setting mode for time, date, alarm, etc.
- DOWN (▼): Decreases values during setting, switches temperature unit.
- UP (▲): Increases values during setting, activates music function.
Setting Time and Date
- Press the MODE button until the time display is active.
- Press and hold the SET button until the hour digits begin to flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press SET again to move to minutes, then use UP or DOWN to adjust.
- Continue pressing SET to cycle through year, month, and day settings, adjusting each with UP or DOWN.
- Press SET one last time to confirm all settings and exit setting mode.
- To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, press the UP button while in time display mode (not setting mode).
Setting the Alarm
- Press the MODE button until the alarm time is displayed (indicated by an alarm icon).
- Press and hold the SET button until the alarm hour digits flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to set the desired alarm hour.
- Press SET again to move to alarm minutes, then use UP or DOWN to adjust.
- Press SET to confirm.
- To activate or deactivate the alarm, press the ALARM button. An alarm icon will appear on the display when active.
Snooze Function
When the alarm sounds, press any button (except ALARM) to activate the snooze function. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after approximately 5 minutes.
Temperature Display
The device automatically displays the indoor temperature. To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), press the DOWN button while in normal time display mode.
Timer Function
- Press the MODE button until the timer display is active.
- Press and hold the SET button to enter timer setting mode.
- Use UP or DOWN to set the desired countdown time (hours, minutes, seconds).
- Press SET to confirm each segment.
- Press UP to start the countdown. Press UP again to pause, and DOWN to reset.
Music Function
The device features 7 different alarm sounds. To cycle through the available melodies, press the UP button while the alarm is sounding or when setting the alarm.
Programmable Birthday Reminder
The device allows you to program one birthday reminder per day. To set a birthday reminder:
- Press the MODE button until the birthday reminder display is active (usually indicated by a cake icon or similar).
- Press and hold the SET button.
- Use UP or DOWN to set the month and day for the birthday.
- Press SET to confirm. The device will play a special melody on the set date.
Maintenance
