4.3. Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the camera in a cool, dry place. Remove the battery if storing for several months to prevent leakage.
5. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Camera does not power on. | Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. |
| Images are blurry. | Check if Intelligent Image Stabilization (Mega O.I.S. and Intelligent ISO Control) is active. Ensure sufficient lighting. Avoid excessive camera shake. |
| Poor image quality in low light. | Increase ISO sensitivity (if available in current mode) or use the built-in flash. Note that higher ISO settings may introduce noise. |
| Short battery life. | Frequent use of flash, continuous shooting, or prolonged LCD display use can drain the battery faster. Ensure the battery is fully charged. Consider carrying a spare battery for extended use. |
| Difficulty capturing fast-moving subjects. | Use 'Sports' scene mode. While the camera has Intelligent ISO Control, it may not be ideal for very high-speed action photography in all lighting conditions. |
| Memory card error. | Ensure the memory card is inserted correctly and is not damaged. Try formatting the card (this will erase all data). |
