4. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components and controls of your alarm clock.

Control Buttons:
- SNOOZE: Activates snooze function, adjusts display brightness.
- ALARM: Sets and activates/deactivates the alarm.
- LIGHT/UP Arrow: Adjusts display brightness, increases values during setting.
- PROJECTION/DOWN Arrow: Adjusts projection orientation, decreases values during setting.
- MODE/SET: Toggles display modes, enters setting mode.
5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit.
- Insert 2 x AA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings (+ and -).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
Note: Batteries serve as a backup for settings during power outages. The clock requires AC power for full functionality, including continuous display and projection.
5.2 Power Connection
- Connect the provided AC power adapter to the DC input jack on the back of the alarm clock.
- Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

5.3 Initial Time Synchronization (DCF77 Radio Control)
Upon connecting power, the clock will automatically begin searching for the DCF77 radio signal to set the time. This process can take several minutes to a few hours, depending on your location and signal strength. Ensure the clock is placed away from electronic interference.
If the signal is successfully received, the time, date, and weekday will be set automatically. A radio signal icon will appear on the display.
5.4 Manual Time and Date Setting
If the radio signal is weak or unavailable, you can set the time and date manually.
- Press and hold the MODE/SET button for approximately 3 seconds to enter setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
- Use the LIGHT/UP Arrow or PROJECTION/DOWN Arrow buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press MODE/SET again to confirm the hour and move to minutes. Repeat the adjustment process.
- Continue pressing MODE/SET to cycle through and set the year, month, day, and time zone offset (±9 hours).
- Press MODE/SET one last time to exit setting mode.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Alarm Setting
- Press and hold the ALARM button for approximately 3 seconds. The alarm hour digits will flash.
- Use the LIGHT/UP Arrow or PROJECTION/DOWN Arrow buttons to set the desired alarm hour.
- Press ALARM again to confirm the hour and move to minutes. Adjust the minutes.
- Press ALARM one last time to exit alarm setting mode.
6.2 Activating/Deactivating Alarm
Press the ALARM button briefly to toggle the alarm on or off. An alarm icon will appear on the display when the alarm is active.
6.3 Snooze Function
When the alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE button to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will sound again after a few minutes (default snooze duration).
6.4 Projection Adjustment
The projection feature displays the time on a wall or ceiling.
- Projection On/Off: The projection is active when the clock is powered by the AC adapter.
- Projection Direction: Rotate the projection lens on the side of the unit to adjust the projection angle.
- Projection Orientation: Press the PROJECTION/DOWN Arrow button to flip the projected image 180 degrees, allowing for optimal viewing regardless of the clock's orientation.
- Projection Brightness: The projection brightness is fixed when powered by AC.
6.5 Display Brightness
Press the LIGHT/UP Arrow button to cycle through different display brightness levels (e.g., high, low, off).
6.6 Indoor Temperature Display
The current indoor temperature is continuously displayed on the screen, typically in Celsius (°C).
7. Maintenance
- Clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- If the display becomes dim or the clock malfunctions when running on battery power, replace the AA batteries.
- Keep the projection lens clean for a clear image.
8. Troubleshooting
