4. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On and Select Pouch Thickness: Turn on the laminator. Select the appropriate pouch thickness (3-mil or 5-mil) using the switch on the control panel.
  2. Wait for Ready Indicator: The laminator will begin to warm up. The green 'Ready' indicator light will illuminate when the machine has reached the optimal operating temperature (approximately 5-6 minutes).
  3. Prepare Document: Place your document centrally inside a laminating pouch, ensuring even borders.
  4. Insert Pouch: Insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch squarely into the laminator's entry slot. The laminator will automatically feed the pouch through.
  5. Retrieve Laminated Document: Once the pouch exits the rear of the machine, carefully remove the laminated document. It may be warm, so handle with care.
  6. Power Off: When finished, turn off the laminator and unplug it from the power outlet. Allow the machine to cool completely before storing.

Using the Release Lever:

If a pouch becomes misaligned or jams during lamination, immediately push and hold the release lever. This disengages the rollers, allowing you to carefully pull the pouch out. Once the pouch is removed, release the lever and allow the laminator to return to its ready state before attempting to laminate again.
