Operating Instructions

Powering On and Raising the Downdraft
To activate the downdraft system, simply touch the power button located on the unit. The downdraft will automatically raise into position, ready to extract cooking odors and smoke. It disappears flush with the cooktop surface when not in use, maintaining a sleek kitchen aesthetic.
Adjusting Fan Speed
The unit features an infinitely adjustable variable speed slide control, conveniently flush with the side of the unit. Slide the control to select your desired airflow, from low to high, to match the intensity of your cooking. The 500 CFM interior blower provides powerful ventilation.
Powering Off and Retracting the Downdraft
