2. TARE Function (Weighing with a cloth/diaper)

3. Breast-Milk-Intake-Function (BMIF)

The BMIF function helps determine the amount of breast milk consumed by an infant during feeding.

  1. Weigh the infant before feeding and note the weight.
  2. Press the BMIF button. The display will show "0.000" and store the pre-feeding weight.
  3. Feed the infant.
  4. Place the infant back on the scale after feeding. The display will show the difference in weight, indicating the amount of milk consumed.

4. Switching Units (lbs/kg)

The scale can display weight in pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kg).

  • With the scale on, press the lbs/kg button to toggle between units.
  • The selected unit will be indicated on the display.

5. Auto-HOLD Function

The Auto-HOLD function stabilizes the weight reading even if the subject moves slightly, providing a more accurate measurement.

  • When the scale detects a stable weight, the HOLD indicator will appear on the display, and the weight will be locked.
  • This allows you to read the weight even after the infant is removed.
