Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly or disassembly.

  1. Attaching the Blending Shaft: Align the blending shaft with the motor unit and twist until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attaching the Whisk: Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box, then align the gear box with the motor unit and twist until it clicks securely.
  3. Assembling the Chopper: Place the chopper blade onto the center pin inside the chopper bowl. Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated. Then, attach the motor unit to the chopper lid, twisting until it locks.

Operating Instructions

The handblender offers two speeds for various blending tasks. Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet before operation.

Using the Blending Shaft:

  • Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients. The unique anti-splashing design helps minimize mess.
  • Press the desired speed button (Speed 1 or Speed 2) to start blending.
  • Move the handblender up and down gently to ensure even blending.
  • Release the button to stop.

Using the Whisk Attachment:

  • Attach the whisk as described in the Setup section.
  • Use the whisk for whipping cream, beating egg whites, or mixing light batters in a suitable bowl or the provided beaker.
  • Start on Speed 1 and increase to Speed 2 if needed.

Using the Chopper Attachment:

  • Assemble the chopper as described in the Setup section.
  • Place ingredients into the chopper bowl. Do not overfill.
  • Attach the motor unit.
  • Press the desired speed button in short pulses for controlled chopping, or continuously for finer results.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your handblender. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

  • Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
  • Blending Shaft: Rinse the blending shaft under running water immediately after use. For thorough cleaning, it can be placed in the dishwasher.
  • Whisk Attachment: The whisk and its gear box can be rinsed under running water. The whisk itself is typically dishwasher safe.
  • Chopper Attachment: The chopper bowl, lid, and blade are dishwasher safe. Handle the blade with extreme care due to its sharpness.
  • Beaker: The beaker is dishwasher safe.
  • For stubborn food residues, soak parts in warm, soapy water before cleaning.

Troubleshooting
