Setup
- Power Connection: Plug the alarm clock's power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Battery Backup (Optional but Recommended): For uninterrupted operation during power outages, install one 9V battery (not included) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the unit. This battery maintains time and alarm settings.
- Connect Bed Shaker: Insert the plug of the SS12VW Super Shaker bed vibrating unit into the designated port on the back of the alarm clock. Place the shaker under your mattress or pillow.
- Lamp Connection (Optional): To utilize the flashing lamp alert, plug a lamp into the 120V lamp connection input located on the back of the alarm clock. Ensure the lamp is switched on.

Operating Instructions
Setting the Time
- Press and hold the TIME button.
- While holding TIME, press the HOUR button to adjust the hour. Observe the PM indicator for correct AM/PM setting.
- While holding TIME, press the MINUTE button to adjust the minutes.
- Release the TIME button to set the current time.
Setting the Alarm
- Press and hold the ALARM button.
- While holding ALARM, press the HOUR button to adjust the alarm hour.
- While holding ALARM, press the MINUTE button to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Release the ALARM button to set the alarm time.
- To activate the alarm, ensure the ALARM ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position.
Adjusting Alarm Features
- Volume Control: Use the VOLUME dial on the side of the clock to adjust the loudness of the audio alarm.
- Tone Control: Use the TONE dial on the side of the clock to adjust the pitch of the audio alarm.
- Snooze Function: When the alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE button to temporarily silence the alarm for approximately 9 minutes.
- Alarm Duration: The alarm duration is user-selectable. Refer to the specific controls on your unit for adjustment.
- Test Button: A test button is located on the unit to allow you to preview the combination of flashing lights, bed shaking, and audio alarm. Ensure the alarm is set and active before testing.
