Setup Instructions

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food. Ensure the blender is unplugged during assembly.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify that all components are present: motor base, 56 oz pitcher with integrated blade, and lid.
  2. Position the Base: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable countertop.
  3. Attach the Pitcher: Align the pitcher with the motor base. The pitcher should sit securely on the base, ensuring the blade assembly engages correctly with the drive coupling.

  5. Place the Lid: Securely place the lid onto the pitcher. Ensure it is firmly sealed to prevent spills during operation.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the blender into a grounded electrical outlet. The control panel lights may illuminate, indicating it is ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective blending.

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut solid ingredients into small pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes) to facilitate blending. Add liquids first, then soft ingredients, followed by hard ingredients and ice. Do not overfill the pitcher beyond the maximum fill line.
  2. Secure Lid: Ensure the lid is securely in place on the pitcher.
  3. Select Speed: Choose the desired speed setting on the control panel (1-5). For tougher ingredients or starting with frozen items, begin with a lower speed and gradually increase.
  4. Pulse Function: Use the Pulse button for short bursts of power, ideal for chopping or breaking down larger pieces. The pulse function operates at the selected speed.
  5. Blending: Press the selected speed button to start blending. The Intelli-Speed electronic controls will maintain optimal power.
  6. Stopping: Press the OFF button to stop the blender. Wait for the blades to completely stop before removing the lid or pitcher.
  7. Pouring: Use the pitcher's spout and soft-grip handle to pour blended contents.

Note: Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 2 minutes at a time. Allow the motor to rest for a few minutes between cycles to prevent overheating.
