Operating Instructions

  1. Preheating: Turn the temperature control dial to your desired cooking temperature (up to 425°F). The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the griddle is heating. The light will turn off once the set temperature is reached.
  2. Cooking: Once preheated, place food directly onto the non-stick cooking surface. The large 21"x12" cooking surface allows for ample space.
  3. Grease Management: The griddle features rear legs that help facilitate grease run-off into the removable grease tray. For healthier cooking, you can slightly elevate the rear of the griddle to encourage fat drainage.
  4. Temperature Adjustment: Adjust the temperature as needed during cooking using the control dial.
  5. After Use: Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature control dial to the "OFF" position and unplug the griddle from the electrical outlet. Allow the griddle to cool completely before cleaning.
