Troubleshooting Tips
- Vehicle Not Responding: Ensure both the vehicle and remote control are switched ON and have fresh batteries. Re-pair the remote control as described in the "Pairing the Remote Control" section.
- Poor Performance/Slow Movement: Replace old batteries with new ones in both the vehicle and remote control. Low battery power can affect performance.
- Claws Not Extending/Retracting Properly: Check for any debris or obstructions around the wheel dial mechanism. Ensure the dial is turned fully in either direction.
- Interference: While 2.4 GHz technology minimizes interference, avoid operating near other strong radio frequency sources.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the vehicle after use. Do not use water or chemical cleaners, as this can damage electronic components.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove all batteries from both the vehicle and the remote control to prevent leakage and corrosion. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Battery Care: Always use fresh, high-quality batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.
