Setup

Unpacking

Carefully remove the jack and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. If any damage is found, do not use the jack and contact customer support.

Handle Assembly

  1. Insert the lower handle section into the handle socket on the jack.
  2. Align the holes and secure the lower handle section with the provided pin or bolt.
  3. Insert the upper handle section into the lower handle section, ensuring it clicks into place or is secured as per design.

Bleeding the Hydraulic System

Before first use, or if the jack has been stored for an extended period, it is recommended to bleed any air from the hydraulic system to ensure proper operation.

  1. Turn the release valve counter-clockwise to the fully open position.
  2. Pump the handle rapidly for 10-15 full strokes.
  3. Turn the release valve clockwise to the fully closed position.
  4. Test the jack by lifting it to its full height and then lowering it. Repeat if necessary until the jack operates smoothly.

Operating Instructions

Before Use

  • Ensure the jack is in good working condition and free from damage or leaks.
  • Park the vehicle on a hard, level surface.
  • Engage the vehicle's parking brake and place wheel chocks on the wheels that will remain on the ground.
  • Locate the vehicle's designated lifting points (refer to your vehicle's owner's manual).

Lifting a Vehicle

  1. Turn the release valve clockwise until it is fully closed. Do not overtighten.
  2. Position the jack saddle directly under the vehicle's lifting point.
  3. Pump the handle up and down to raise the jack and lift the vehicle to the desired height.
  4. Immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's frame or designated support points.
  5. Slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle onto the jack stands.
  6. Once the vehicle is securely resting on the jack stands, remove the hydraulic jack.

Lowering a Vehicle

  1. Ensure the area around and under the vehicle is clear of obstructions and personnel.
  2. Position the jack saddle under the vehicle's lifting point and raise the vehicle slightly to clear the jack stands.
  3. Remove the jack stands.
  4. Slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle to the ground. Control the lowering speed by adjusting the valve.
  5. Once the vehicle is fully lowered, remove the jack.

WARNING: Never work under a vehicle supported only by a hydraulic jack. Always use appropriately rated jack stands.

Maintenance

General Maintenance

  • Inspection: Before each use, inspect the jack for any signs of damage, wear, or hydraulic fluid leaks. Do not use a damaged jack.
  • Cleaning: Keep the jack clean and free from dirt, grease, and corrosive materials. Wipe down with a clean cloth.
  • Lubrication: Periodically lubricate moving parts with light machine oil.
  • Hydraulic Fluid: Check the hydraulic fluid level periodically. To check, lower the jack completely, remove the oil filler plug, and ensure the fluid is level with the bottom of the filler hole. Use only high-quality hydraulic jack oil. Do not use brake fluid or motor oil.
