The Bamix-Mono 133 offers two speed settings for various blending needs.

  1. Preparation: Place ingredients into the 600 ml beaker or a suitable pot/bowl. Ensure the liquid level is appropriate for blending without splashing.
  2. Immersion: Immerse the hand mixer's stainless steel drive shaft into the ingredients. The unit can be immersed up to the white cone area where it begins to taper from the top.
  3. Power On: Plug the hand mixer into a suitable power outlet (240V).
  4. Select Speed:
    • Press the lower button for Speed 1 (8,000 RPM).
    • Press the upper button for Speed 2 (12,000 RPM).
