2. Setup
2.1 Setting Time and Date
- Press and hold the SET button (top left) until the display flashes.
- Use the MODE button (middle left) to cycle through settings (hours, minutes, seconds, month, day, year).
- Use the START/SPLIT button (bottom front) to adjust the flashing value.
- Press SET again to confirm and exit setting mode.
2.2 Activating INDIGLO Night-Light (FLIX Technology)
The INDIGLO night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial. For hands-free activation using FLIX technology:
- Press and hold the INDIGLO button (top right) for three seconds until it beeps to activate Night-Mode.
- Once Night-Mode is active, a sharp forward flick of your wrist with a sudden stop will illuminate the night-light for 5 seconds.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Chronograph Function
The chronograph measures elapsed time up to 100 hours with 100-lap memory.
- From time mode, press MODE until "CHRONO" appears.
- Press START/SPLIT to begin timing.
- Press START/SPLIT again to record a lap/split time. The display will show the current lap time and total elapsed time.
- Press STOP/RESET (bottom right) to pause the chronograph. Press again to reset to zero.
- To recall stored laps, press RECALL (top left) while in chronograph mode.
3.2 Timer Function
The watch features a 24-hour countdown timer with options for countdown/stop and countdown/repeat.
- From time mode, press MODE until "TIMER" appears.
- Press SET to adjust the timer duration. Use MODE to select digits and START/SPLIT to change values.
- Press START/SPLIT to start the countdown.
- The timer will beep when it reaches zero.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Water Resistance
