Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the radio.
- Slide the cover open.
- Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
- Note: If replacing batteries, change one battery at a time to help retain station presets.
2. Attaching the Arm Band or Belt Clip
- To attach the sport arm band or detachable belt clip, align the clip mechanism on the accessory with the corresponding slot on the back of the radio.
- Slide the accessory into place until it clicks securely.
- To detach, press the release tab (if present) and slide the accessory off.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press the POWER button to turn the radio on or off.
2. Tuning AM/FM Stations
- Select Band: Press the AM/FM button to switch between AM and FM bands.
- Manual Tuning: Use the TUNE + or TUNE - buttons to manually adjust the frequency.
- Auto Scan: Press and hold the TUNE + or TUNE - buttons to automatically scan for the next available station.
3. Setting and Recalling Station Presets
The radio supports up to 10 station presets.
- To Set a Preset:
- Tune to the desired station.
- Press and hold the PRESET button until the preset number flashes on the display.
- Use the PRESET + or PRESET - buttons to select the desired preset number (1-10).
- Press the PRESET button again to confirm and save the station.
- To Recall a Preset:
- Briefly press the PRESET + or PRESET - buttons to cycle through your saved stations.
4. Clock and Alarm Function
Refer to the specific buttons on your device for setting the clock and alarm. Typically, there will be a TIME SET or CLOCK button, and an ALARM SET button. Follow the on-screen prompts or button combinations to adjust time and alarm settings.
5. Volume Control
Adjust the listening volume using the VOLUME + and VOLUME - buttons, usually located on the side or front of the radio.
