Setup
- Battery Installation:
Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert the 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

- Placement:
Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring, as this can affect measurement accuracy.
- Initial Calibration:
Before first use, or if the scale has been moved, perform an initial calibration. Gently tap the scale surface with your foot to turn it on. Wait for the display to show "0.0" before stepping off. This resets the scale to zero.
- Personal Data Entry:
The scale allows you to store personal data for up to four users. Press the 'SET' button to begin programming. Use the arrow buttons to input your gender, age, and height. Confirm each entry with the 'SET' button. Select a user number (1-4) to save your profile.
If you are an athlete (defined as someone who engages in intense physical activity or cardio for at least 10 hours a week and has a resting heart rate of 60 beats per minute or less), select 'Athlete Mode' during setup for more accurate body fat readings.
Operating Instructions
- Selecting Your User Profile:
Before stepping on the scale, press your assigned user number button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The display will show your personal data briefly.
- Taking a Measurement:
Once your user profile is selected and the display shows "0.0", step onto the scale barefoot. Ensure your feet are positioned on the metal electrodes. Stand still until the measurement is complete and the results are displayed.
- Guest Mode:
To take a measurement without storing data, press the 'Guest' button. Input gender, age, and height as prompted, then step on the scale.
- Reading Results:
The scale will automatically display your body composition readings in sequence. Icons on the display will light up to indicate which measurement is currently shown. You can use the arrow buttons to scroll through the results at any time.
