2.1. Package Contents

2.2. Inserting the Battery and Memory Card
The camera uses a Lithium-Ion NB-3L battery and stores images on an SD/MMC memory card.

2.3. Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the battery using the supplied charger.
- Insert the battery into the battery charger.
- Plug the charger into a power outlet.
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status. Once charging is complete, remove the battery.

Attach the wrist strap to the camera to prevent accidental drops.
- Thread the thin end of the wrist strap through the strap mount on the side of the camera.
