Setup & Application
- Prepare Work Area: Protect your work surfaces from spills. Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Open Bottle: Remove the overcap. Twist off the reusable cap, ensuring the bottle is pointed away from your face and body.
- Apply Adhesive: Apply one drop of adhesive per square inch to one of the surfaces you intend to bond. A microdropper tip can be used for precision application if desired.
- Join Parts: Carefully join the parts together.
- Hold in Place: Hold the joined parts firmly for 10-15 seconds, or until the adhesive sets.
- Accelerate Cure (Optional): For faster curing, use ZAP Kicker accelerator.
- Recap: Immediately recap the tip after use to prevent drying and maintain product integrity.
