Setup
1. Assembling the Hose and Wand
Connect the electric hose to the main unit by aligning the hose end with the suction inlet and pushing firmly until it clicks into place. Attach the telescopic wand to the hose handle, ensuring a secure connection. The wand's length can be adjusted by pressing the release button and extending or retracting the sections.
2. Attaching Floor Heads
For carpets and pet hair, attach the ET-1 Electric Power Head to the end of the telescopic wand. For delicate hard floors like tile, hardwood, or laminate, use the Parquet Floor Brush. Ensure the chosen floor head clicks securely onto the wand.

3. On-Board Tools
The SEBO K3 includes an upholstery tool, crevice tool, and dusting brush. These tools are conveniently stored on-board the vacuum for easy access during cleaning. To use, simply detach the floor head and attach the desired tool to the end of the wand or directly to the hose handle.

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off and Cord Management
Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Press the main power button on the canister unit to turn the vacuum on or off. The K3 features a 25-foot power cord with a tug-and-retract automatic cord rewinder for easy storage. Gently tug the cord to extend it, and a quick tug will activate the automatic rewinder.

2. Suction Control
The ergonomically designed Dual-Control Handle allows for easy adjustment of suction power. Use the controls on the handle to increase or decrease suction as needed for different surfaces or cleaning tasks. You can also instantly switch off the brush roller directly from the handle.

3. Airbelt Bumper
The protective Airbelt bumper around the canister unit helps to safeguard furniture and walls from accidental bumps during cleaning. This feature allows for worry-free maneuvering around your home.

Maintenance
1. Aera-Pure Bag Replacement
The SEBO K3 uses a convenient 0.8-gallon Aera-Pure Bag for dust collection. When the full bag or clog warning light illuminates, it's time to replace the bag. Open the bag compartment, carefully remove the full bag, and dispose of it hygienically. Insert a new Aera-Pure Bag, ensuring it is properly seated before closing the compartment.

2. Filter Maintenance
The vacuum features an advanced S-Class Filtration System with a Micro-Filter and a Micro-HygieneFilter K (both pre-installed). Regularly check and replace these filters according to the recommendations in your full manual to maintain optimal filtration performance and ensure cleaner air.
Troubleshooting
Reduced Suction or Warning Lights
- If the full bag or clog warning light illuminates, check the Aera-Pure Bag and replace it if full.
- Inspect the hose, wand, and floor head for any obstructions or clogs. Clear any blockages found.
- Ensure all connections (hose to unit, wand to hose, floor head to wand) are secure.
- Check the Micro-Filter and Micro-HygieneFilter K for excessive dirt and replace if necessary.
