Setup

1. Unpack the warming tray and all its components.
2. Before first use, wipe the surface of the Warming Tray with a damp cloth; dry thoroughly.
3. Place the warming tray on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
4. Ensure the charging cable is securely attached to the appliance and then plug it into a standard 120V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Preheating: Plug the warming tray into a 120V electrical outlet. The Red Power Light will illuminate, indicating the unit is heating.
2. Allow the tray to preheat for approximately 8 minutes. The Green Ready Light will illuminate when the tray has reached its optimal temperature.
3. Cordless Use: Once the Green Ready Light is on, you can detach the power cord. The warming tray will continue to keep food warm for up to 60 minutes.
4. Continuous Use: For longer warming periods, the tray can remain plugged in. The automatic temperature control will cycle the heating element on and off to maintain a consistent warm temperature.
5. Place heat-safe dishes containing cooked food directly onto the stainless steel surface. Ensure dishes have flat bottoms for optimal heat transfer.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Always unplug the warming tray and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Wipe the stainless steel surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
3. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
4. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these may scratch the surface.
5. Do not immerse the warming tray in water or any other liquid.
6. Store the appliance in a dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting

• Appliance does not heat: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the appliance and a working electrical outlet. Check if the Red Power Light is on.
• Food not staying warm: Ensure the tray was preheated for the full 8 minutes until the Green Ready Light appeared. For optimal warmth, use dishes with flat bottoms that make full contact with the warming surface.
• Uneven heating: This appliance is designed for even heat distribution. Ensure dishes are placed centrally and have good contact with the surface.
