Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Verify that you have the pump, filter system, fountain heads (Bell and Spray), tubing, and all necessary fittings.
2. Prepare the Pump: The 700 GPH magnetic-drive pump is designed for submersible use. Ensure the pump intake is clear of debris.
3. Connect Pump to Filter: Attach the flexible hose from the pump to the inlet of the PM 1000 Deluxe Filter System. Secure connections to prevent leaks.
4. Install Filter Media: The filter system includes a coarse pre-filter and a carbon filter pad. Ensure these are correctly placed inside the filter housing.
5. Place the Filter System: Position the filter system in your pond. It is recommended to place it on a stable, level surface at the bottom of the pond. If the filter tends to float, place a heavy, non-abrasive object like a rock on top to keep it submerged.
6. Attach Fountain Head: Select either the Bell or Spray fountain head and attach it to the outlet of the filter system. Adjust the height and direction as desired.
7. Submerge and Connect Power: Fully submerge the pump and filter system in the pond water. Ensure the pump is completely covered by water before connecting the power cord to a GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) protected outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Once the pump and filter system are fully submerged and all connections are secure, plug the power cord into a GFCI-protected electrical outlet. The pump will begin to circulate water and activate the fountain.
2. Adjust Fountain Spray: The kit includes Bell and Spray fountain heads. You can adjust the height and pattern of the water spray by manipulating the fountain head. Experiment with both options to find the desired aesthetic for your pond.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

• Reduced Water Flow or No Flow:
