Controls and Ports:

Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the device.
  2. Open the compartment cover.
  3. Insert one AAA battery (not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Connecting to a Computer

  1. Connect one end of the supplied USB cable to the iFP-380T's USB port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
  3. The device will be recognized as a removable storage device.

3. Loading Music Files

  1. Once connected, open the iFP-380T drive on your computer.
  2. Drag and drop your MP3 or WMA music files into the device's storage.
  3. Safely eject the device from your computer before disconnecting the USB cable.

Operating Instructions

Playing Music

  1. Turn on the device using the Power button (location not specified in image, assume standard).
  2. Press the MODE button to select the Music Playback mode.
  3. Use the navigation buttons (assumed) to browse through your music files.
  4. Press the Play/Pause button (assumed) to start or pause playback.
  5. Adjust the volume using the Volume controls (assumed).
  6. Press the MEMORY/EQ button to cycle through equalizer presets.

Using the FM Tuner and Recorder

  1. Press the MODE button to select FM Radio mode.
  2. Use the navigation buttons to tune to your desired radio station.
  3. To record from the FM radio, press the Record button (assumed). Press again to stop recording.
  4. Press the STEREO button to toggle between stereo and mono reception for better clarity in weak signal areas.

Voice Recording

  1. Press the MODE button to select Voice Record mode.
  2. Press the Record button (assumed) to begin recording. The built-in microphone will capture audio.
  3. Press the Record button again to stop and save the recording.

Real-Time MP3 Encoding (Line-In Recording)

  1. Connect an external audio source (e.g., CD player, cassette player) to the LINE IN port using an appropriate audio cable (not included).
  2. Press the MODE button to select Line-In Recording mode (or similar, depending on device interface).
  3. Start playback on your external audio source.
  4. Press the Record button (assumed) on the iFP-380T to begin real-time MP3 encoding and recording.
  5. Press the Record button again to stop and save the recorded MP3 file.
