1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your T.I.P. HWW Inox 1300 Plus F 31155 Domestic Waterworks. Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain them for future reference.
The T.I.P. HWW Inox 1300 Plus F is a self-priming jet pump designed for automatic domestic water supply using raw water from wells and cisterns, garden irrigation, and automatic watering systems. Its all-stainless steel construction ensures excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for demanding conditions. It features an integrated G7 pre-filter with a washable filter element, a pressure switch, a manometer, and a 24-liter stainless steel pressure tank with a potable water membrane. The maintenance-free capacitor motor includes thermal overload protection.

2. Safety Instructions
Always observe general safety regulations when working with electrical equipment and water. Ensure the power supply matches the pump's specifications. Disconnect the power before any maintenance or installation work. Protect the pump from frost. Do not operate the pump dry. Use only for pumping clear water, not for flammable, corrosive, or explosive liquids.
3. Product Overview and Features
The HWW Inox 1300 Plus F is engineered for durability and performance. Key features include:
- Pump Housing and Pressure Vessel: Constructed from high-quality stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
- EPDM Membranes: Odorless and durable membranes from Europe for potable water applications.
- Integrated Pre-filter: Provides reliable protection against impurities, extending pump service life.
- Self-Priming: Enables quick start-up.
- Automatic Mode: Switches on and off as needed based on pressure.
- Practical Pressure Gauge: Displays water pressure at all times.
- Stable Feet: Designed with holes for permanent mounting.

4. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for optimal performance and longevity. The unit is pre-set with cut-in pressure at approximately 2 bar and cut-off pressure at approximately 3 bar, adaptable to local conditions.
4.1 Placement
Place the domestic waterworks on a stable, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation and protection from direct weather exposure and frost. The stable feet with mounting holes allow for permanent installation.
4.2 Connections
The pump is compatible with most common hoses. Both the water inlet (suction) and water outlet (drain) require 1-inch external threads.
- Suction Line: Connect a suction hose to the inlet. Ensure the suction line is airtight to prevent air ingress, which can impair self-priming. The maximum suction height is 9 meters.
- Pressure Line: Connect the pressure hose to the outlet. The maximum delivery head/pressure is 50 meters / 5.0 bar.
- Electrical Connection: Connect the 1.5-meter power cable to a suitable power outlet (230V AC).

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Priming the Pump
Before initial operation, the pump housing must be filled with water through the designated filling opening until it overflows. This ensures proper self-priming. Close the filling opening securely.
5.2 Starting the Pump
Once primed, connect the pump to the power supply. The integrated pressure switch will automatically start the pump when water is drawn and stop it when the desired pressure is reached, maintaining a consistent water supply.
5.3 Applications
The T.I.P. HWW Inox 1300 Plus F is suitable for various applications:
- Garden irrigation and automatic watering systems.
- Domestic water supply from alternative sources like wells or cisterns for toilets, washing machines, and showers.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficiency of your domestic waterworks.
6.1 Pre-filter Cleaning
The integrated G7 pre-filter element is washable. Regularly check and clean the filter to prevent blockages and maintain optimal flow. Refer to the filter housing for instructions on how to open and remove the filter element.
6.2 Frost Protection
In freezing temperatures, drain the pump completely to prevent damage. Disconnect the power, open the drain plug, and allow all water to escape. Store the pump in a frost-free environment if possible.
6.3 General Inspection
Periodically inspect all connections for leaks and ensure the pressure tank's pre-charge pressure is correct (check with a tire pressure gauge on the valve). The motor is maintenance-free and equipped with thermal overload protection.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, consult the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Pump does not start: Check power supply, ensure the plug is securely connected, and verify the thermal overload protection has not tripped.
- Pump runs but no water: Ensure the pump is properly primed (filled with water). Check the suction line for air leaks or blockages. Verify the water source level.
- Reduced flow or pressure: Clean the pre-filter. Check for blockages in the suction or pressure lines. Inspect the impeller for debris.
- Pump cycles frequently: This may indicate a leak in the system or an issue with the pressure tank's membrane or pre-charge pressure. Check for leaks and verify tank pressure.
For persistent problems, contact qualified service personnel.
