Operating Instructions
Your Farberware FSSC500 Slow Cooker features three temperature settings: HIGH, LOW, and WARM.
- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the ceramic cooking pot. Do not overfill; leave at least one inch from the rim.
- Cover: Place the tempered glass lid securely on the ceramic cooking pot.
- Plug In: Plug the power cord into a standard 220-volt AC electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Select Temperature: Turn the control knob to your desired setting:
- HIGH: For faster cooking. Typically, 2-4 hours.
- LOW: For slower cooking. Typically, 4-8 hours.

- Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals on any part of the slow cooker, as they may damage surfaces.
- Dishwasher Safety: The Farberware FSSC500 Slow Cooker is NOT dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended for all components.
- Storage: Store the slow cooker in a dry place. You can store the lid inverted on the ceramic pot, and the ceramic pot inside the heating base.
