Maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your Design & Drill Activity Center:

  • Wipe all plastic components with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed.
  • Do not immerse the toy drill in water.
  • Store all parts in the original box or a suitable container to prevent loss and damage.
  • Remove batteries from the drill if the toy will not be used for an extended period.

Troubleshooting

If the toy drill is not functioning correctly:

  • Check Batteries: Ensure fresh AA batteries are correctly installed in the drill. Low batteries can cause intermittent operation or complete failure.
  • Verify Drill Bit: Make sure the drill bit is securely attached to the drill. A loose bit may prevent proper operation.
  • Forward/Reverse Switch: Confirm the switch is set to the desired direction (forward for tightening, reverse for loosening). If the drill gets stuck, try switching directions.
  • Overheating: If the drill feels hot or emits a burning plastic smell, discontinue use immediately. This may indicate a defective unit. Contact customer support for assistance.
