4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the rotisserie basket, kabob rods, and drip pan in warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.

1. Prepare Food: Prepare your food item (e.g., chicken, roast, kabobs). For best results with whole poultry, tie the wings and legs securely with the provided elastic food ties to prevent them from dangling and interfering with rotation.
