Operating Instructions
Bread Making Function
The bread making function allows you to bake 1-pound or 1.5-pound loaves. It features a 16-hour delay timer and a mix-call function for adding ingredients like dried fruits.
- Prepare Ingredients: Measure all ingredients precisely according to your recipe.
- Install Bread Container: Place the bread container into the main unit. Ensure it is securely locked in place.
- Add Ingredients: Add liquid ingredients first, followed by dry ingredients. Make a small well in the center of the flour for the yeast, ensuring it does not come into contact with liquids or salt initially.
- Select Program: Close the lid. Select the desired bread program (e.g., basic, whole wheat, rapid bake) and loaf size using the control panel.
- Start Baking: Press the Start button. The machine will automatically knead, rise, and bake the bread.
- Mix-Call Function: If your recipe includes additional ingredients like nuts or dried fruits, the machine will beep at the appropriate time (mix-call) to prompt you to add them through the ingredient guide.
- Delay Timer: To use the delay timer, set the desired delay time (up to 16 hours) before pressing Start. The bread will be ready at the set time.
- Remove Bread: Once baking is complete, unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the hot bread container using oven mitts. Invert the container to release the bread onto a wire rack to cool.
Ice Cream Making Function
This function allows you to create various frozen desserts like ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and frozen yogurt. The rotation speed of the paddle can be adjusted to achieve different textures. It also features a heating process setting for salmonella sterilization.
- Pre-freeze Cooling Container: Ensure the cooling container is thoroughly frozen (typically 12-24 hours in a freezer at -18°C or lower) before use.
- Prepare Mixture: Prepare your ice cream, gelato, sorbet, or frozen yogurt mixture according to your recipe.
- Install Ice Cream Container: Place the frozen cooling container into the main unit, then insert the ice cream container and paddle.
- Add Mixture: Pour the prepared mixture into the ice cream container. Do not overfill; leave space for expansion. The maximum capacity for finished ice cream is 1 liter.
- Select Program: Close the lid. Select the ice cream program. You may be able to adjust the paddle rotation speed for desired consistency.
- Salmonella Sterilization (Optional): If your recipe requires it, activate the heating process setting to sterilize ingredients, especially useful during warmer months.
- Start Churning: Press the Start button. The machine will churn the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Serve or Store: Once complete, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for further hardening, or serve immediately.
Jam Making Function
The jam making function is fully automatic, requiring only the addition of ingredients.
- Prepare Ingredients: Prepare fruits and sugar according to your jam recipe.
- Install Bread Container: Use the bread container for jam making. Place it into the main unit.
- Add Ingredients: Add the prepared fruit and sugar into the bread container.
- Select Program: Close the lid. Select the jam program.
- Start Jam Making: Press the Start button. The machine will automatically cook and stir the ingredients to make jam.
