Assembly

Before first use, wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Ensure the unit is unplugged before assembly.

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
  2. Insert the pulp container onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  3. Carefully place the stainless steel blade/filter basket onto the motor shaft, pressing down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is level and secure.
  4. Position the juicer cover over the blade/filter basket and pulp container, aligning the juice spout with the opening on the motor base.
  5. Engage the locking arms on both sides of the juicer, pushing them upwards until they securely lock the cover in place. The juicer will not operate unless the locking arms are correctly engaged.
  6. Place a suitable container (glass or pitcher) under the juice spout to collect the extracted juice.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for efficient juicing:

  1. Prepare your fruits and vegetables by washing them thoroughly. Cut larger items into pieces that fit easily into the feed chute. Remove pits from fruits like peaches or cherries, and hard seeds from melons. Peeling is generally not necessary for most fruits and vegetables, but you may peel citrus fruits to avoid bitterness.
  2. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and a juice collection container is in place.
  3. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  4. Turn the juicer ON using the power switch located on the motor base. Allow the motor to reach full speed before inserting produce.
  5. Gradually feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide the produce down. Do not force food into the chute, as this can strain the motor and reduce juice yield.
  6. Continue feeding produce until the desired amount of juice is extracted or the pulp container is full.
  7. Once finished, turn the juicer OFF and unplug it from the outlet.
  8. Disassemble the juicer for cleaning immediately after use.

Juicing Tips:

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer. Clean immediately after each use.

  1. Ensure the juicer is turned OFF and unplugged from the power outlet.
  2. Disengage the locking arms and remove the cover, food pusher, blade/filter basket, and pulp container.
  3. Empty the pulp from the pulp container.
  4. Rinse all removable parts under running water. Use a brush to clean the mesh of the stainless steel blade/filter basket thoroughly, as pulp can easily get trapped.
  5. All removable parts are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended).
  6. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  7. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing.

Storage:

Store the assembled juicer in a clean, dry place. Do not store anything on top of the juicer.

Troubleshooting

Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions.

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Juicer does not turn on. Not plugged in; locking arms not engaged; power outage. Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Check that locking arms are fully engaged. Verify power supply.
Low juice yield or excessive pulp. Filter basket clogged; produce too soft/mushy; feeding too quickly. Clean the filter basket thoroughly. Use fresh, firm produce. Feed produce slowly and steadily.
Juicer vibrates excessively or is noisy. Blade/filter basket not seated correctly; uneven load of produce. Disassemble and reassemble the blade/filter basket, ensuring it is firmly in place. Feed produce evenly.
Juice leaks from the unit. Cover not properly secured; parts not assembled correctly. Ensure the cover is correctly positioned and locking arms are fully engaged. Check all parts for proper assembly.
