3. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all removable parts (juice container, pulp filter, reamer, dust cover) in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The main motor base should be wiped with a damp cloth.

  1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Position the juice container onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  3. Place the pulp filter into the juice container.

4. Operating Instructions

The KRUPS Pressa Maxi is designed for simple, one-handed operation.

  1. Prepare Fruit: Wash your citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits). Cut them in half across the middle.
  2. Juicing: Place one half of a citrus fruit onto the reamer. Press down firmly. The motor will activate automatically as you apply pressure.
  3. Extract Juice: Rotate the fruit slightly while pressing down to extract as much juice as possible. The juice will flow through the pulp filter into the juice container below.
  4. Repeat: Continue juicing fruit halves until you have the desired amount of juice or the container is full. The juicer has a 24-ounce capacity.
  5. Stop Juicing: Release pressure from the reamer to stop the motor.
  6. Serve: Unplug the juicer. Carefully lift the juice container from the motor base and pour the fresh juice.

Note: For optimal results, use fresh, ripe citrus fruits at room temperature.

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer.

Cleaning After Each Use:

  4. Clean Motor Base: Wipe the exterior of the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
